Take George Washington Memorial Parkway North (crossing into VA). Merge onto I-495 N/Capital Beltway toward Maryland (crossing into MD). Keep left to take I-270 SPUR North via exit 38 toward Rockville/Frederick. I-270 SPUR North becomes I-270 North. Keep right to take I-270 Local North/Dwight D Eisenhower Highway/Washington National Pike toward Montrose Road. Take the Montrose Road East exit 4A. Take the Tower Oaks Boulevard ramp. Turn left onto Tower Oaks Boulevard. Turn right onto Wootton Parkway. Turn right onto West Edmonston Drive. Turn right on Rockville Pike/MD-355 South.
From Baltimore and points North
Take I-95 South toward Washington. Merge onto I-495 West/Capital Beltway via exit 27 toward Silver Spring. Merge onto Rockville Pike/MD-355 North via exit 34 toward Wisconsin Avenue/Bethesda/Rockville. Proceed to Congressional Plaza on your left.
From Metro
Take the red line to the Twinbrook Metro Station. Upon arrival at the Twinbrook Metro Station proceed South on Chapman Avenue. Make an immediate right onto Halpine Avenue then right onto Rockville Pike. Congressional Plaza will be on your left hand side.
