Fresh Market
Now Open!
The Fresh Market at Congressional Plaza features a variety of culinary delights, including a bakery that bakes 30 breads and 14 different kinds of pie daily, a full-service meat counter, a wide selection of ready-to-serve entrées, fresh seafood, a produce department with a large organic selection and more than 200 imported and domestic cheeses. The store also offers a full selection of bulk items such as coffee, candy and snacks.

Monday-Saturday: 8am – 9pm
Sunday: 10am – 8pm
Zip Car
Congressional Plaza is excited to announce that it has partnered with Zipcar to bring shoppers, diners and visitors a new flexible and convenient transportation option. Zipcar vehicles can be reserved for as short as an hour or for up to four days. Gas, up to 180 miles of driving per day, insurance, reserved parking spots and roadside assistance are included in the hourly and daily. Cartoon Cuts
- Matter of Trust is a non-profit organization that creates mats and 6 foot long sausage shaped floats (called booms) filled with hair used to absorb oil along the coast. We will all be negatively impacted by the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. All Cartoon Cuts salons will be collecting the short hair clippings that fall to the floor and shipping them to a designated warehouse for Matter of Trust to use in this process.
